Launch of two new templates & enhancements to three existing templates.
Please be informed that the following two new templates were available, with effect from Monday, 9 June 2008:
(1) Notice of Books' Closure Date
(2) Notice of 3 Consecutive Years' Losses
Enhancements to the following three templates also came into effect on the same date:
(1) Daily Share Buyback Notice
(2) Announcement of Resignation
(3) Announcement of Appointment

Please be informed that the Announcement of Resignation of Directors and Key Officers template was available, with effect from Monday, 1 October 2007.
Message posted on 14 September 2005: Launch of Digital Signing on 19 September 2005
Further to our latest e-mail notification dated 17 August 05, we are pleased to inform you of the successful conclusion to the pilot test for the digital signing feature of SGXNET. As targeted, the digital signing feature will be implemented on 19 September 2005 as part of our continuous efforts to enhance SGXNET.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to the more than 300 companies who participated in the pilot test. We thank the participants for their efforts and valuable feedback.
During the pilot test, the most common problem faced by the participants was the configuration of their internal firewall settings to allow for the download, installation and launching of the Sun Java Software 5 necessary for digital signing.
In response to the above, users who have yet to configure their systems for digital signing will be glad to know that we will continue to make available the test site for users to conduct testing. We strongly encourage these users to configure their systems early and conduct the necessary testing so as to ensure a smooth transition to Digital Signing when it is implemented.

Following our email notification on the pilot test for digital signing on 13 July 2005 to all SGXNET users,
SGX has scheduled the pilot test at the Test Site of SGXNET website from 18 July 2005 onwards.
During this period, we encourage you to send test announcement via the Test Site to ensure
your readiness for the implementation of digital signing which is planned for September 2005.
We will be sending out notification in advance to inform all SGXNET users of the actual date of implementation in due course.
